Care instructions

• Clean the fountain:
  Wash the fountain once a week using a soft sponge and mild, chemical-free, non-abrasive detergent, then rinse it. Make sure to rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
• Filter cleaning:
  Remove the filter from the bottom part and rinse it. Do not wash the filter with soap. If the filter contains impurities or other foreign substances, replace it. (Replacement filters are sold separately.) Replace the filter every three to four weeks, or as soon as signs of saturation with foreign substances (impurities, food debris, hair, etc.) are visible. More frequent replacement may be necessary depending on the household environment or water quality, as well as if used by multiple animals. Please refer to the user manual for more information.
• Pump cleaning:
  If you think the pump is dirty, open the pump and remove the impeller cover and impeller. Remove any impurities from the impeller and clean the impeller well under running water. Be careful when handling the impeller. If the pump is noisy, clean the pump as described above and fill the drinking water reservoir with plenty of water so that the pump is completely submerged. The pump must not run dry!
