BOGADENT Dog Descaling Tool

The BOGADENT Dog Descaling Tool was developed in collaboration with veterinarians and specialists. The particularly hard plastic effectively removes tartar while remaining gentle on teeth. If plaque is not removed regularly and thoroughly through daily tooth cleaning, it forms hard tartar, especially on canines and molars. This can permanently damage the gums and periodontium. Therefore, tartar should be removed as early and as regularly as possible.

Application:

Accustom your dog to effective oral hygiene as early as possible, gently and playfully.

• Place the longer instrument with the flat, beveled ends on the upper edge of the calculus and pull downwards (away from the gum) in a quick but gentle motion. Repeat until the tartar is completely removed.
• With the pointed instrument, you can remove tartar in interdental spaces and in tooth ridges.
